🚚 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
🇮🇳 Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India using Shiprocket’s courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.).
- Delivery availability depends on your pincode serviceability.
⏱ Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability and location.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free / Minimal shipping charges (as shown at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50–₹100 COD fee may apply
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible pincodes across India.
- Please ensure you provide a valid phone number, as orders may be confirmed via call/SMS.
- Orders may be cancelled automatically if verification fails.
📍 Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
- You can also track directly via Shiprocket tracking page.
⚠️ Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- High order volumes
- Courier service issues
- We appreciate your patience in such cases.
📦 Packaging & Safety
- All products are securely packed to avoid leakage, damage, or tampering during transit.
- For skincare items like serums, we ensure extra protective packaging.
❌ Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
- If a COD order is not accepted or delivery fails multiple times:
- The order may be returned to us (RTO)
- Future COD orders may be restricted for that customer
